I further understand that the following conditions will be in effect if the transfer is approved by the district/campus and accepted by me:

  1. The transfer stands until the students last grade level offered at the campus.

  4. Falsification of information is a Class A Misdemeanor and can lead to legal consequences.
  5. The Superintendent or Superintendent's designee has the authority to accept or reject any transfer request, provided that such action is without regard to race, ethnicity, religion, sex, disability, or national origin.

Additional information

Eligibility to participate in University Interscholastic League (UIL) activities shall be determined by the rules established by the most current edition of the UIL constitution and contest rules. A parent should check their child’s UIL status before completing the transfer process. Students are subject to the University Interscholastic League (UIL) rules as well as district guidelines. A student may not transfer solely for the purpose of participating in UIL or extracurricular activities.

Until an approved transfer has been received and accepted, a student must enroll and attend their assigned school.
